About this opportunity As a Lead Integrator, you’ll own the delivery of a key component on one of the largest transformation programmes of a UK Retail Loans Business, working for the Loans and Affordability Platform who deliver market leading personalised propositions and associated data products, working closely with internal and external partners. Responsibilities for the role: Develop the sequence and own the delivery for the Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 scope for the single largest transformation programme in UK Retail loans history. Working in collaboration with the PO and Senior Tech Lead to plan and execute the backlog for the programme. Establish pivotal integration points across teams and platforms and effectively manage the relationships. Collaborate with platform leadership and product owner teams to plan and prioritise integration-related tasks. Proactively identify critical risks to delivery and instigate recovery action with appropriate senior stakeholders. Act as a key escalation point to resolve blockers and work with platform leadership
