Morley College is one of the UK's oldest and largest specialist providers of education for adults and provides lifelong educational opportunities for London's diverse communities. Founded in Waterloo in 1889, by Emma Cons, an artist, social reformer and suffragette, Morley has grown through a merger with Kensington and Chelsea College in 2020, to serve the communities of North Kensington and Chelsea (including young people aged 16-18). As well as a very successful Ofsted inspection in 2023, the College was awarded the prestigious Gold rating in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). This recognition signifies outstanding student experiences and outcomes.
With the departure of our long-standing Principal and CEO, Dr. Andrew Gower, we are now looking to recruit our next Principal who will join at the beginning of a new strategic cycle. The College is in a positive position with a clear proposition, healthy finances, high quality delivery and a clear mission serving its communities and London as a whole. This is an exciting time for an incoming Principal to set our direction for the next several years.
