Project Quantity Surveyor
to work as an essential part of a small commercial team on an upcoming residential project in Fulham.
About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor
Your role as Project Surveyor will be to work on a 68 unit, 6 storey block of flats as a solid no 2 who is looking for the opportunity to lead and become a recognised member of a commercial team. You will work on the project from procurement, managing internal cost reporting and learn how to lead a scheme reporting to both the commercial manager and commercial director. This is a role for someone who is keen and ambitious and looking to take the next step in their career.
Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor:
Strong negotiation and communication skills Organised with high attention to detail Experience from a main contractor or developer background Competent in managing the downstream process Understanding of the reporting process Strong commercial acumen Highly motivated and ambitious Degree in a construction related subject Experience with another main contractor or RC Frame Developer

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading developers who build on Brownfield sites high quality flats in excellent locations. This project is starting on site imminently and will run until 2027. The company has other major projects planned across London and can provide long-term career progression and stability.
