The role Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and driving KPIs and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis. Setting performance targets and reviewing progress. Creating action plans to improve performance. Looking for solutions to problems and driving continuous improvement strategies. Developing your team through coaching and guidance. Allocating tasks and holding daily shift briefs. The person You will have: Experience in running a production team. The ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to clients' customers. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. A proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team. Excellent communication skills. The ability to make on-the-spot decisions and be very much a people person.
