Our client is a prestigious, high-end interiors company seeking a highly motivated, well-presented, and meticulous
Showroom Manager
to oversee daily operations. As the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the showroom, delivering exceptional client service to high-end clientele, and supporting the sales team in meeting business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, fostering client relationships, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This is a jack-of-all-trades role and needs a self-starter who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate will have experience in an interiors product showroom, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. They will also be highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within the design industry is preferred, along with an understanding of how to represent a high-end brand. You will be part of a small but close-knit team where everyone’s opinion and professional development is valued.
The role is showroom-based 5 days per week in Chelsea Harbour, so living within an easily commutable distance is required.
