As a Business Change Consultant, you will be part of

our highly successful delivery team , providing business change support and quality assurance through understanding and experience of project management methodologies and frameworks and change management processes. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will: Establish and implement processes to measure and deliver benefits. Work with the client to define current and future state processes. Identify and evaluate work that requires business change through experienced business process mapping and modelling. Work with project delivery teams to clarify requirements and liaise with the business concerning requirements to define and evaluate solution proposals for viability and appropriateness. Agree and document the scope, requirements, and technical and business constraints of work requiring business change to deliver the project. Take the next step towards your dream career

Experience and knowledge of business change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Healthcare Transformation or Clinical expertise desired.
