The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Specialising within the FinTech space, this firm is looking for 3 consultants to join their team. They focus on sourcing technology talent for their Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients. Each person specialises within a certain area; engineering, software development, Java etc., ensuring that the market they work in isn’t too saturated.
As this firm is fully within their scale-up period, they are on the hunt for ambitious individuals who are looking to progress into a leadership role and eventually break into new markets or lead successful teams.

Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
4-week onboarding programme with ongoing weekly 1-1 coaching sessions throughout your career
Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%, seeing an OTE in year one of £50k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Conducting business development to grow your exclusive client base
Building relationships with your clients and understanding their offering to new employees
Sourcing the best candidates for your clients through headhunting on LinkedIn
Shortlisting candidates for clients and preparing candidates for interviews
Managing the end-to-end interview process and ensuring feedback is passed over within 24 hours
Handling reservations and negotiating the best contract for your candidates
Building up an online presence and ensuring you create content relevant to your market
Working towards targets and consistently hitting or exceeding them
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
OR a background working in sales - commission based, cold-calling, F2F sales etc.
Confidence speaking with a range of individuals both on the phone and in person
Financial drive and desire to earn over a basic pay
Ambitious to progress rapidly and grow your network
