They focus on sourcing technology talent for their Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients. Each person specialises within a certain area; engineering, software development, Java etc., ensuring that the market they work in isn’t too saturated. As this firm is fully within their scale-up period, they are on the hunt for ambitious individuals who are looking to progress into a leadership role and eventually break into new markets or lead successful teams.
