Position Overview
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Computer Science/IT to lead and further develop the school’s progressive IT department. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Leadership Team to drive forward teaching and learning across the department. Be proactive, creative and adaptive in bringing the best out of the Computer Science/IT team. Use their love of computing, along with excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to collaboratively build a culture of academic excellence in Computer Science and IT, in which every student believes they can succeed. Have the capacity to gain knowledge and understanding of national and regional education issues relating to Computer Science / IT. Have excellent communication skills. Have the ability to organise, lead and motivate other staff. Be willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to support school development plans. Application Information
