- Leading Executive search Firm based in Mayfair Working in their search division for EMEA covering for a number of Project Coordinators in a float capacity. Hybrid

- Working in the office 2 days minimum. Hours can be 9-5pm or 8-4pm. Exceptional opportunity for a well-educated Float Project Coordinator to float around a global business in their EMEA division of search, working with numerous Project Coordinators and covering sickness, holidays, and long-term contracts. The Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator needs first-class written skills as they will be expected to create documentation and proofread on behalf of teams, along with building great relationships with their clients and stakeholders. Looking for someone highly organised, who can think on their feet and stay one step ahead at all times! They require a Float Project Coordinator with exceptional organisation skills, the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment. The ability to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focused is essential. Must be able to manage upwards. Must have extremely strong communication and document production skills, as well as excellent relationship-building skills, loads of initiative, and pace. There will be extensive client and stakeholder contact, CRM system work, and the ability to get under the skin of their projects will be essential to the Project Coordinator's success in this role. Key skills: Proactive problem solver with strong business judgement, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills. A university degree from a respected institution is preferred but not essential. MUST have recent experience as a Project Administrator / Coordinator within Professional services. First-class written English skills – experience in document production and proofreading. Proven relationship-building expertise with a range of high-profile clients. Experience with CRM systems.
