You will demonstrate a passion for improving the patient and relative experience and have a sound clinical knowledge base giving you the ability to support in delivering safe and effective care whilst having a positive impact on care delivery. In addition to this, you will possess well developed communication skills that will be used to engage, inspire and motivate both staff and patients in the clinical area. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with complex situations are essential. You will be a Senior Nurse with extensive experience in Emergency Care and uphold clinical skills that can support the clinical area when required. The working pattern will predominantly be between Monday and Friday but there will be an expectation that evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be supported when required. About us
