Interim Senior Finance Business Partner This is a brilliant interim role. Commercial Scope – High Impact – Growing Business – Hybrid Working – 6-12 Months. We are looking for people who can tick the following boxes: Can start ASAP and commit to a 6-month contract initially Qualified Accountant Strong Power BI knowledge Exceptional communicator with a fast-paced mindset World class business partnering skills FP&A and Commercial Finance experience Large business experience – complicated / matrix structure Understanding of contracts, subscriptions and ongoing revenue would help Sectors – Utilities, Telco, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Construction We are looking for a fun, bright, and people-centric Interim Finance Business Partner. This is a business-facing and stand-alone role where there is lots of scope and visibility. They have a global footprint, are PE-backed, and are on a realistic and ambitious growth journey. Based near Reading (2 days a week in the office), this role would suit a very commercial and hands-on leader, someone who is motivated by raising the profile of commercial finance across the business. The Role: Use Power BI to drive world-class analytics, data and commercial support. Lead on creating commercial board packs and management reporting packs. Support the CFO in driving world-class insights and data to the wider business. Act as a true commercial business partner. Drive analysis around new contracts and performance. Understand sales margins, pricing, and costs. Support on customer performance. Understand and apply updated revenue recognition rules. Create, challenge and analyse forecasts and budgets. Build all forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Support in reporting commercial results to key internal and external stakeholders. Lead a number of key business initiatives (projects). Your Profile: We are looking for an innovative commercial individual who can make a huge impact across a growing business. This is a 6-month interim role, so being ready to rock is essential. We are sector-agnostic, but experience in Technology, Telco, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Infrastructure etc. would be highly advantageous.
