Constructive Moves is working with a national developer to source a Technical Manager to join their highly successful division.
The region is known for traditionally built housing and apartment schemes across the counties of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Due to a fresh pipeline of sites, there is a requirement for a Technical Manager to join the team. Sites will range in size as well as duration of construction, and you will be involved from pre-construction through to full completion of the schemes.
You will be responsible for managing the consultant engineers for all design-related issues and buildability of the project. Ensure all agreements and certificates are in place to build the project. Manage the scope of the design, the quality of the build, and the information required to meet the project’s timescales, time, and budget.
It would be ideal if you have held the role of Technical Manager within the residential sector or have worked as a consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.
This company is going through a large-scale growth plan over the next few years and will therefore have opportunities to progress and develop in your role as the team expands.
