Application Security Engineer

to help shape their security strategy, enhance architecture, and safeguard cutting-edge solutions. What will the role involve? Working closely with the Head of Security and within a small team, as the Application Security Engineer, you will be at the forefront of protecting critical applications while driving forward a culture of cybersecurity excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the security roadmap, influence best practices, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead the Charge on Cyber Security Maturity : Shape and implement a strategic security roadmap that drives progress. Secure the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) : Integrate security seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines and development processes. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with developers to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensuring robust solutions. Shape Secure Coding Practices : Educate, empower, and guide teams with security best practices and create clear, actionable security policies. Stay Ahead of the Curve : Track industry trends, tools, and vulnerabilities to continually evolve and strengthen security measures. What will you offer? You are a proactive and results-driven Cyber Security Engineer with a passion for applying security principles to cutting-edge tech. You thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to make a real impact. Your Experience and Expertise: 3+ years of Cyber Security | Security Engineering experience Hands-on expertise with SDLC processes , and familiarity with tools like SAST/DAST Cloud Technology Security: Hands-on experience with AWS ideally Proficiency in C# or .NET

(or similar programming languages) Strong knowledge of security standards

(NIST, PCI, ISO) Excellent communication skills : Able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Why Join?
