Maintain a sales ledger, managing all aspects of retail, and contract debt collection. Provide detailed account reconciliations. Follow the Scania GB Credit Control Policy to maximise collections and reduce overdue debt. Log, report, and resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain positive client relationships. Monitor and maintain credit limits, risk and exposure in line with group credit policy. Generate and promptly send invoices to customers, maintaining clear records of transactions. Contact customers proactively via phone, email, or letters to collect outstanding payments and ensure accounts remain in good standing. About you:

Customer focused – enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional service through pro-active communication. Organised – able to simultaneously track and progress multiple accounts. Team player – work as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service. Solutions orientated – the desire to overcome hurdles and the ability to identify solutions. Analytical – possessing a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy.
