About The Role We are now seeking a Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades: Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer-focused service is maintained. Our sub-office is based in East Kent, and you'll be expected to cover this area.

Role Criteria

Previous experience in an administrative role or planning Excellent communication skills IT Literate Ability to meet deadlines Ideally social housing experience
