You will provide high quality diary management and administrative support to the 2 Super team leaders.
What you will be doing:
Supporting the Super Team Leaders with administrative and secretarial tasks and arranging meetings, liaising with Commercial, Business Development and People teams as required. Diary management - diarising meetings, arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and event registrations. Attending meetings and following up on minutes and actions. Supporting with internal events, SHMA Stars and gifts for promotions.
What you will need:
A minimum of 12 months’ previous secretarial and administrative experience in a busy office environment. Confidence and high level of capability with IT systems to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others. Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise openly and clearly with all levels. The ability to produce a high standard of work, sometimes under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail. To be able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and confidence in your own ability.
About you – you will be: Highly enthusiastic, willing to go the extra mile and be happy to go beyond the job description. Respectful towards others and have a positive, willing and ‘can do’ attitude. Keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of your work. Willing to travel across our office network when needed.

home based
position with the need for some travel into our offices. Hours
This role is advertised as full-time (37 hour working week), however we may consider part-time/four days for the right applicant.
