Job Description Key Responsibilities: Keeping abreast of industry trends, social media tools, and emerging platforms. Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the yearly marketing calendar. Identifying target audiences and tailoring content to resonate with them. Managing and overseeing social media accounts on different platforms. Managing and actively collaborating with the agency to execute day-to-day tasks. Preparing regular reports showcasing performance and providing insights for improvement. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Encouraging and leveraging user-generated content to build brand loyalty. Collaboration with barter and paid influencers. Reviewing and editing copy for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Business Analysis: Deep analysis of performance for each social media campaign. Analysis of competition hotels on social media channels. Provide monthly report on targets and results. Key Internal Interactions: Commercial Head of ibis & ibis Styles India. General Managers & DOS of ibis & ibis Styles India. Head of Culinary.

Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics. Creativity in developing engaging and shareable content. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and changes in the social media landscape. Understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency in messaging. An existing network or relationships with influencers, bloggers, or others in the social media industry can be a plus.
