Duties will include (but are not limited to): Deliver exceptional customer support via telephone Keep customers updated on query progress to maintain high service standards Create and manage user accounts using remote software and online portals Configure and amend telephony setups based on customer requirements Answer a high number of inbound calls per day Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up to date administrative records
The ideal candidate: Proven experience within an IT Supportrole Technical support experience is beneficial but not essential Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and resolves issues in a timely manner
Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
This is a 3-month temporary contract with immediate starts available after a successful interview.
