Our client is a highly successful later living company looking for an experienced Site Manager who has worked on multi-development projects like flats, apartments, hotels, or houses. A Black Manager CSCS Card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid Certificate are highly desirable.
The development is fast-paced, and you will need to be assertive and calm under pressure to achieve critical objectives without compromising quality standards. You will meet numerous construction deadlines while liaising with a wide range of external contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams across different business functions. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage a building site to ensure that the development is built to Company and NHBC standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
