Full-Time About Us: Our client is a Microsoft Partner, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and visionary D365 CE Solutions Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

Design and architect comprehensive D365 CE solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices. Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Integration:

Design and implement integrations between D365 CE and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Customization and Configuration:

Oversee the customization and configuration of D365 CE applications, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and performance of solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with the latest D365 CE features and updates, and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in D365 CE solution architecture or a similar role. Technical Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies. Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent. Soft Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Benefits:
