STEM Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a highly regarded client in the Scottish Borders.

In this role, you'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime. Your expertise in fault diagnosis and hands-on maintenance—whether electrical, mechanical, or both—will be key to keeping operations smooth.

You'll also take part in planned preventative maintenance and contribute to process improvement projects aimed at boosting overall productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have electrical bias or be multi-skilled, with proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rotational shift pattern, covering both day and night shifts.
