The Role:
Join a dynamic Real Estate team handling a variety of high-quality commercial property matters.
Manage your own caseload while collaborating with partners and senior fee earners.
Engage in complex and rewarding projects across key sectors, including retail, leisure, and healthcare development.
The Work:
You’ll be involved in:
Land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts. Property investment acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers. Business lease work for landlords and tenants. Retail, leisure, and healthcare development (excluding construction). General property management matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Real Estate, ideally within a leading regional or City firm.
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
A collaborative approach with a drive to deliver exceptional client service.
