We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Westminster.

About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you will lead projects on defined work streams, driving excellent service standards and achieving KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and manage day-to-day activities, ensuring all team objectives are met within time, cost, budget constraints, and Health & Safety regulations.

The Site Supervisor will manage subcontractor performance in line with company policy, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities. You’ll participate in review meetings with management on progress, budgets, and labor levels, as well as resolving complaints and implementing action plans to address dissatisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have proven Site Project experience in both Social Housing Projects and Kitchen and Bathroom projects. Holding an NVQ Level 3 or above is beneficial, and we are keen to hear from candidates with a background in carpentry/joinery.

A Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification is desirable; however, you must hold a Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification. Excellent time management, strong IT skills, and a proactive, flexible approach with great influencing skills are essential.

You must hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
