Our rapidly growing software client are looking for a Front End Web Developer with a UI/UX Focus to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric web interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. This role combines technical proficiency in front-end development with a deep understanding of user experience principles to create responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications.
Front End Web Developer Responsibilities:
Design and implement responsive, cross-platform user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Optimize web pages for maximum performance and scalability.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive user experiences.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
Maintain consistency through design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
Work with APIs and back-end teams to integrate designs seamlessly into the overall application.
Front End Web Developer Package:
40,000 - 60,000 per annum basic salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
