Doosan Vertical with Nikken 4th Axis mill with Fanuc control Doosan Lynx 2100 LSYA lathe with Fanuc control Tormach 770 Vertical Tormach 15L Lathe Work with engineering on new designs and give input for design for manufacture To be a primary resource for programming Scheduling of work and allocation Choose appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures for each job. Provide inspection resource for both first article and interim checks Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and report any issues to the maintenance department. Troubleshooting and resolving problems during the machining process. Follow general organisational procedures, such as 5S Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols maintain a safe working environment. Keep on top of documentation of machine setup, tooling, and production data. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve production goals and resolve technical issues. Give guidance to less experienced team members and educate when necessary. Requirements:
Experience with CNC milling and turning and CNC programming Knowledge of G-code and CAM software (we use Fusion 360, prior experience not essential) Knowledge of Solidworks would be advantageous but not essential Experience with quality control Good problem-solving skills Good understanding of engineering drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills AAP/EEO Statement Dexory provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
