My client in the Dewsbury area of West Yorkshire requires an experienced Paint Sprayer.

As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wood products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces before applying finishes Inspect products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments Apply paint and lacquer using spray guns Ensure an even and smooth application of finishes Adjust spray equipment to achieve the desired finish and coating thickness Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Identify and correct any imperfections or inconsistencies in the finish Reapply or touch up finishes as necessary Undertake equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with instructions Work to company policies and procedures at all times Comply with quality standards always Always carry out tasks in line with health and safety requirements Carry out general housekeeping to ensure your workstation is clean, tidy, and free from hazards Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Person Specification

You will be a highly motivated, driven individual who puts our customer at the centre of everything you do. You will contribute to the growth and success of our business through your skills and experience and you will have: Previous experience in a similar role Familiarity with different types of wood finishes and application techniques Proficiency in using spray guns and other finishing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent time management and task management skills The ability to work from technical drawings and follow written instructions The ability to work individually with minimum supervision and as part of a team
