We're looking to recruit a Senior Associate with excellent non-contentious experience. This is an exciting role which offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their own networks and business, including an opportunity to build a case for partnership.
Candidates should have a good understanding of national standard forms and experience of preparing and/or advising upon all associated documentation including inter alia collateral warranties, duty of care agreements, performance bonds, guarantees etc.
