We're looking to recruit a Senior Associate with excellent non-contentious experience. This is an exciting role which offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their own networks and business, including an opportunity to build a case for partnership. Candidates should have a good understanding of national standard forms and experience of preparing and/or advising upon all associated documentation including inter alia collateral warranties, duty of care agreements, performance bonds, guarantees etc. ‘One Firm, Wherever You Are’ We believe that a regular level of in-person contact is an important way to build connections with your colleagues, enabling all of us to benefit from the vibrant office culture Browne Jacobson has to offer. Our expectation is that,

on average , you’ll work from home for no more than three days per week, with the remainder of your time either spent in the office or working from other locations as work demands dictate, e.g. courts, client offices, conferences etc. Equally, there will be individual circumstances in which a different pattern of work is needed, for example as an agreed reasonable adjustment for colleagues with a disability or long-term medical condition.
