Stratford-upon-Avon Package: £28,000 - £40,000 Basic £4,000 - £10,000 in bonus Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm Manufacturer training to Master Technician level Main dealer benefits Job Summary: Our client, a reputable main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their team. This position offers extensive manufacturer training up to Master Technician level, allowing you to grow your career in a highly supportive environment. Responsibilities and Duties: Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles are in top condition. Repairs and Diagnostics: Use the latest diagnostic tools to accurately identify and repair vehicle faults. Quality Control: Ensure that all repairs and servicing meet the high-quality standards of the dealership. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues early on. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and recommendations. Documentation: Accurately record all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous training and development through manufacturer-led courses. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Strong diagnostic and technical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence is essential INDAM If you would like to know more about this position, please forward your CV to immediately.
