Skilled Machine Operative £35,000 per annum Monday – Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) Wrexham Are you an experienced skilled machine operative seeking a new role within a new business? Our client is currently recruiting skilled machine operatives to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to increases in production, the team is expanding and therefore looking for experienced, skilled machine operatives with a wide range of experience in machine operating, production operating, and manufacturing. The main attribute our client is looking for is a willingness to learn, someone who is able to work on their own initiative, and a good attitude to work. Performance Objectives Troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys), and repairs all deployed equipment. Maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize, and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed. Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work, and submits paperwork in a timely manner. Orders, installs, and returns parts and manages repair parts cycle time. Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated. Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements. Person Specification Travel, overtime, and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required. Previous machine operating experience is required due to the nature of the role. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to follow instructions.
