Responsibilities:
Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees Coordinating and assigning employees as per the qualification matrix, coordinating tasks within the shift Coordinating shift changes Maintaining shift-related information in the shop floor management Recording and working through instances of wastage and potential improvements in production and the organizational structures Ensuring compliance with workplace instructions (e.g. break times, smoking ban, alcohol, reporting in sick, dealing with accidents in the workplace) Responsible for the instruction and training of employees (incl. initial instruction in occupational safety) Ensuring and complying with work-related regulations Benefits:
