BIM Technician / Revit CAD Technician - M&E Building Services
Based in the Hoddesdon area, the company is a leading and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.
Predominantly operating within the commercial fit-out sector, the company provides a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning, with typical project values ranging from £100k up to £4m.
As a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician / Revit CAD Technician to join their pre-construction design team.
BIM Technician - Desirable Experience and Key Skills:
Minimum 5 years experience as a BIM Technician / Revit CAD Engineer M&E Building Services experience is essential Strong Design and Construction knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Salary and Benefits Package:
