Your Role and Responsibilities You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our store, supporting our director and Store Manager, Mayuri, in delivering an exceptional customer experience: Morning Preparation (10:00 am - 11:00 am): Prepare the store for opening. Receive and organise goods from suppliers. Preheat and arrange food items. Ensure the shop is clean and ready for customers. Serving Customers (11:00 am - 6:00 pm): Serve and engage with customers, sharing Maybee’s mission and values. Manage point-of-sale systems and assist with customer inquiries. Evening Tasks (6:00 pm - 6:30 pm): Clean and organise the store for the next day. Properly store food and maintain inventory. Flexibility Provide additional support during holidays or sickness. Growth: Support with process definitions, feedback and ideas Requirements
