Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £15.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Job Overview:
Clearfield Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Builder's Cleaners to join our client's team, working on various sites across East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team responsible for the final cleans of newly constructed or renovated buildings. Transport will be provided from Ipswich, where you'll be collected by the company's vehicle alongside other staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing debris. Clean windows, floors, and surfaces to ensure the site is ready for handover. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with site regulations. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Work alongside other cleaning team members to ensure high standards are met. Follow all health and safety protocols on-site. Requirements:
Previous experience in builder's cleaning or general site cleaning is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. Must be able to commute to Ipswich for transport to and from job sites. A valid CSCS card is beneficial but not essential. Benefits:
