Are you a Production Supervisor or similar from a manufacturing background, looking to join an industry leading business within food manufacturing that will provide technical training on food standards, machinery as well as management, whilst being the trusted employee caring for a team of 8 operators?
In this role you will be part of the management team, demonstrating your skills of people management as well as implementing your knowledge of food hygiene regulations. You will oversee any staff queries including team care, rotors, holidays as well as product weight and quality checks.
