Experienced Architectural Technologist (Mid - Senior Level) Location: Hertfordshire

Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? We are working with a leading practice to find a skilled professional to join their dynamic team in Herts. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with at least 3 years of experience working on UK projects, particularly across RIBA Work Stages 4-6.

Key Responsibilities:

Work within established teams on a range of exciting projects across various sectors including residential, education, senior living, commercial, retail, and mixed-use schemes. Contribute to the technical delivery of projects with a focus on high-quality detailing and design. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Manage and oversee technical documentation, ensuring it aligns with client requirements and project standards.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction practices. Proven experience in delivering projects across RIBA Workstages 4-6. Excellent detailing knowledge and technical skills to support project delivery. CIAT Accreditation (or a commitment to achieving this) is desirable. Full support for CIAT Accreditation will be provided.
