Full-Time, Permanent Red Rock Consultants are currently seeking an experienced Small Plant Fitter to join our well-established client based in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing small plant machinery, including front tipping dumpers, smaller rollers, and 360 excavators (up to 5T), primarily working within our workshop environment. Key Responsibilities:
Servicing and repairing front tipping dumpers, smaller rollers, and 360 excavators up to 5T. Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults. Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal plant performance. Keeping accurate records of work completed. Occasional use of company vehicle for on-site work, as required. Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a plant fitter or in a similar role. Proficiency in working on small plant machinery such as dumpers, rollers, and 360 excavators. Full UK driving licence (for occasional use of a company vehicle). Ability to work efficiently and independently in a workshop environment. Reliable, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Additional Information:
Monday to Friday working hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Potential overtime opportunities available. Competitive salary, depending on experience.
