£45,000 with Overtime (x1.5 Monday to Saturday, x2 Sunday & Bank Holidays)
Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week (7:30 AM-3:30 PM / 12:30 PM-9:00 PM)

Your Role:
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Service and maintain FCUs, calorifiers, water heaters, and thermal wheels. Perform plumbing and multi-skilled maintenance tasks. Ensure safety and compliance across the site. Collaborate with subcontractors and technical teams to deliver top-quality service.
