Key Responsibilities:
A wide variety of domestic and commercial carpentry repairs for local authorities, education providers in occupied student accommodation, commercial buildings, lecture theatres, and offices along with works on heritage buildings. Fitting of various types of doors (including Fire doors). 1st & 2nd fix carpentry. Kitchen installations. Ceramic wall tiling. Carpet tiling. Minor plumbing repairs. Minor decorative works.
Skills and Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry. Competent in 2 other skills. Full UK driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
