See below for a breakdown of the key responsibilities: Manage
the corporate sales channel within your territory of the UK, focusing on
the Motability, broker, rental, and lease co-tactical channels. Develop existing relationships and build new ones with corporate clients, present and negotiate buyback and risk offers with our rental partners. Work closely with Car Benefit Solutions to deliver the quarterly PSUK and Investor partner employee scheme offers. Own, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders within Motability Operations ensuring a compelling offer. Achieve
sales growth through positioning of the Polestar brand within the UK fleet
segment through events and meetings. Identify
and maximise the sales opportunities for Polestar within the corporate
market (End User). Develop
and own an industry leading CRM solution that maximises pre-sale, contract
and renewal opportunities. Budget
planning and forecasting for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales
targets. Take
a hands-on approach with day to day customer operations and the
interaction between customer, leasing provider and Polestar. Strong
collaboration and coordination with Polestar HQ Fleet team and wider
Polestar UK team. Build
the Polestar brand profile through identification and implementation of
test drive strategies in conjunction with public Polestar event locations,
Polestar Spaces and customer opportunities. Manage
additional schemes and or programmes as required to drive the PSUK
objectives. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a results-driven individual with a dynamic, solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring strong communication and influencing skills, paired with a collaborative ethos and a proactive, can-do attitude. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, not only across teams but also with customers and clients. Proven
experience working in Automotive fleet in a similar role is essential. Proven
sales planning and execution skills, multi-tasking skills and adapt well
to change. Excellent
written, numerical, and verbal communication skills. Desire
to test new ideas and approaches and deliver best practice processes. Passionate
and enthusiastic about sustainability and electric cars.
