Perform on-site data collection using condition monitoring techniques, ensuring the accuracy of data collection by properly setting up and calibrating equipment. Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues. Perform initial analysis of the data collected, identifying any immediate concerns or potential equipment failures.
Documentation and Reporting
Document all collected data accurately and ensure it is stored appropriately. Provide basic observation reports to clients summarizing any issues or findings. Communicate critical issues to the Condition Monitoring Engineer and the client.
Customer Communication
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the data collection process. Ensure that previous recommendations are reviewed with the client during each visit.
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure all condition monitoring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly. Report any equipment issues to the Condition Monitoring Engineer or Reliability Manager.
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance during on-site activities.
Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in relevant fields (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering, condition monitoring) is preferred. Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in a technical role related to condition monitoring, maintenance, or reliability engineering or similar. Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient in basic computer skills.
