As a Sales Support Administrator, you will assist the National Sales Manager and wider Sales team for major accounts. Working closely with the National Sales Manager on essential tasks is crucial to the role, whilst also managing major account administrative roles, involving both internal and external systems. You will also be responsible for creating bespoke Excel reports regarding stock availability checks, and reviewing customer data to present weekly to the Sales team. The role entails managing the product setup process for major accounts, including imagery, pricing, and product descriptions on customer web-based portals, as well as carrying out website checks for selected major accounts, reviewing text copy, and updating where necessary. What we’re looking for: Ability to interpret data and present it to a high standard. Excellent numerical skills with an eye for detail, particularly when entering data. Proficient in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Outlook with excellent presentation skills. Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy adhering to confidentiality at all times. A strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative. Ability to communicate at all levels and work in a multi-functional business. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve. Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude. Experience in using Canva is desirable. Flexibility to travel in the UK & Europe to attend Sales meetings and Company events. This role will involve being present for team sales meetings both locally & nationally. There may also be occasions when you’re required to attend other UK & EU company conferences and events.
