Showroom Consultant

based in

Inverurie

you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Developing sales leads to generate new business for the showroom. Ensuring the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line in a positive way. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am – 4.00pm and Saturday morning on a rota basis 08.00am – 12.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous bathroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction. Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms. Able to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs. A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority. Basic understanding of computer systems. We look forward to receiving your application!
