The Role As an office-based Commercial Sales Adviser, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by developing new client relationships. You’ll work closely with prospective new clients to understand their insurance needs, providing them with tailored solutions. Your focus will be on increasing our portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. This is a role where your commercial acumen and relationship-building skills will be crucial. There is plenty of scope for professional growth within the business, with in-house training and opportunities for ongoing training for those looking to expand their expertise. The Requirements • Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to grow a portfolio of clients. A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities is essential, and a meticulous approach to maximizing existing business. • In-depth knowledge of the commercial insurance market and a solid understanding of various industry sectors.
