Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Homes Site Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, liaising with the on-site construction team, and utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist potential buyers. Engage with prospective buyers, answer questions and guide them through the sales process. Property Knowledge:

Present the features and benefits of buying a new Kebbell home. Independent Working:

Ability to work alone on-site and manage various sales related tasks. Weekend Availability:

Be available to work on weekends - our sites are open Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm. Team Support:

Work closely with the Kebbell Homes team to ensure high quality service and meet sales targets. Ideal Candidate: Passion for Property:

Genuine interest in new homes and property sales. Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

Previous experience in residential sales is advantageous, but full training will be provided. Excellent Customer Service:

Ability to provide an exceptional experience for prospective buyers. Well-Presented:

Professional appearance and demeanour. Flexible Availability:
