Our client is a well-known manufacturing business supplying top-tier OEMs around the world. You will be working on a large variety of equipment from overhead crane systems, ovens/furnaces, automated machinery, and production lines (and much more). Our client needs a Maintenance Electrician to support one of their shift rotations. Please note occasionally Electricians will cover alternative shifts, with advanced notice. Maintenance Electrician Requirements

Previous demonstrated experience in industrial fault finding and electrical maintenance. Competent in reading electrical / mechanical diagrams and fault finding in control panels. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Must be able to work safely, unsupervised using your own initiative or as part of a team. An advantage would be to have experience in PLC's, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Maintenance Electrician Job Role

Minimize production downtime by troubleshooting equipment breakdowns whilst preventing reoccurrences. Fault finding / Diagnosis on a range of manufacturing equipment and building services. Modification of plant equipment. Identify and make improvements to improve reliability of equipment and reduce reoccurring faults. Ensure Preventative Maintenance tasks (PM's) are effective and completed on time. Assist in identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities. Benefits
