The Role: Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Sales Advisor based at their Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire, who has the skills and competencies to successfully secure and process orders over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities: Providing a high level of customer service over the telephone Securing orders by converting calls into confirmed orders Upselling products/services wherever practicably possible Processing orders and bookings Taking payment details and processing payments Handling customer enquiries and queries Performing general office administration duties Supporting other team members/departments when required

Key Skills: Excellent telephone manner Great communication, interpersonal, and IT skills Very good attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information Some sales experience with knowledge and understanding of the sales process and upselling Good organisational skills, with the ability to use own initiative Hardworking and conscientious Positive, motivated, and proactive Reliable, flexible, and adaptable Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure Ability to work within a busy and fast-paced customer-focused sales environment

Benefits: Salary on offer is between £28,000 to £29,000 per year 25 days holiday, increasing to 27 after 5 years of service, and 30 after 10 years of service Workplace pension scheme Death in Service Life Cover after 1 year's service Free parking

Hours: Working hours are 9 hours each day, which includes a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. The hours are on varying shift patterns between 0700 to 1700, Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings from 0800 to 1200 on a rota basis (usually one in nine).
