Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing exceptional service and support. Deliver detailed information about products, including their features and benefits, to assist customers with purchasing decisions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water softener solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Generate leads through various methods, including follow-up on inquiries and prospecting. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules. Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or distributor environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of water softeners or similar products is a plus. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
