Job Purpose:

Keytec Installation Services is part of the Genuit Group and dedicated to the delivery of quality products and services to the construction and civil engineering industry. We have a wealth of relevant technical knowledge and experience of developing and installing geomembranes, gas protection products and stormwater management systems.

The internal Sales Co-Ordinator will be proactive in gaining enquiries for the company, follow-up on quotations/project mapping and develop relationships with existing and potential customers in order to maximise sales opportunities.

Location:

Rochdale or Newport Pagnell

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and pursue sales leads Produce Quotations in a timely manner Provide technical input into schemes Follow up on quotations sent, recognise sales opportunities and report on these Develop awareness of Company brands and develop leads Assist in ensuring the Company is achieving commercial targets Liaise with operations team to deliver a seamless and high level of customer service and experience Research and pass to Commercial Director information regarding competitors' products and prices Put forward ideas for increasing and maximising sales opportunities Dealing with any customer dissatisfaction promptly The Person:

Previous experience in a commercial sales environment is essential Knowledge of construction/building industry an advantage Willing to learn specification market Strong communication skills both verbal and written Confident and excellent telephone manner Proven ability to persuade and influence Able to answer queries, negotiate prices and arouse customer enthusiasm Able to use own initiative to contact potential customers Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative Able to deliver sales v budget Professional and business minded Willing to develop technically Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent time management skills Positive and resilient with Strong Ethic Knowledge of Excel Flexible and able to work to the needs of the business The Benefits & Working Hours:
