Availability Window: Days: Mon 05:30 - 14:30, Fri 14:30 - 23:30, Sat 14:30 - 23:30 Shift Leader pay:

Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for fewer hours (to a minimum of 12). As a Shift Leader you’ll: Work in a fast-paced retail environment. Take ownership of running duty shifts. Be there for customers and help them. Look for ways to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues. Maintain understanding of store performance. Lead by example. Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role. About us
