This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the Company’s growth working closely with a dynamic sales team and providing key administrative support, with specific responsibilities for the Companies Latin America market. This role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales-related activities, and providing logistical support for sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong organisational abilities to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the John King Chains internal sales function. Key Responsibilities

It is expected that responsibilities will include but not be exclusive of any other role requirements. Coordinate with the supply chain and production departments to ensure timely order fulfilment. Help prepare sales proposals and reports, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and Company standards. Organise and maintain sales documentation, such as contracts, sales agreements, and pricing schedules. Prepare sales handover packs as instructed in the Company protocol. Manage and track contracts, ensuring they are properly executed, filed, and updated as necessary. Develop relationships with customers to increase their sales basket and repeat business opportunities. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems. Track and communicate with suppliers and customers on order progress. Specific Latin America Support: Assist the Latin American region in managing day-to-day sales activities, including tracking orders, processing customer inquiries, and managing customer databases. Handle correspondence with Latin American clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Ensure all sales activities comply with Company policies, legal regulations, and export/import requirements specific to Latin America. Assist with translation of documents and communication when needed, ensuring clear and effective communication between the sales team and Latin American stakeholders. Assist with the processing of sales invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients on outstanding accounts. Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments for the sales team/agents. Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally with exposure to Latin American markets or international sales environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems and sales management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent organisational ability. Highly motivated with a pro-active approach to workload. Confident and determined approach. Methodical and accurate with a good attention to detail. Happy to at times work to strict deadlines and the ability to plan work accordingly. Can work alone and use initiative but also a team player who can help and support others. Manufacturing / Engineering experience.
